as the title states, I’m still on version 9.2.3 on android and my husband who has an iPhone has v9.4.1? Is there a way to fix this?

Android is sometimes lazy:) you can try to kill the app, wait 5mins and relaunch it. Other option: save your collection and reinstall the app
