Why doesn't the rules text in the card descriptions reflect the current, most up-to-date rules text for the cards i.e. "enters the battlefield" is just "enters" now

Why doesn't the rules text in the card descriptions reflect the current, most up-to-date rules text for the cards i.e. "enters the battlefield" is just "enters" now
Because it is a tedious processs and so I do it once in a while:)
