Hello, I also have an issue with this strange card. I have a "Rafiq of the Many" in "Streets of New Capenna" alternate design and "Shards of Alara" symbol. But it is actually a "The List" card wich is indicated through the symbol in the right bottom corner. I know it is a "The List" because it was actually from a "March of the Mashines" booster pack. But I don´t know if there is also a "Rafiq of the Many" out of "Streets of New Capenna" alternated cards, wich it is the original print perhaps. The card number is strange too. It is 250, wich is not possible in "Streets of New Capenna". The number is only possible in "Shards of Alara", wich has 249 cards in total. Perhaps the design of the card is from a promo alternated card such as a buy a box promo of "Shards of Alara"? But my biggest problem is, that the card isn´t in Urza Gatherer as described above at all.
