Urza's Adding card with the plus and minus
So I had to reload Urza's Gatherer to add the newer sets. I don't see a tab that lets me add and subtract cards from the collection. I know it was on there before but I can't seem to find it now. Any help would be extremely useful.

From what I remember it was on the bottom right side and was just a plus and a minus
