Custom Blocks

I have a couple questions/ requests:

1. Is there a way to change the icon for custom blocks?

2. Can we turn off blocks without effecting custom blocks?

3. Can you change placement or order of the custom blocks?

4. Can we change the bottom of the block so it says a percentage of total cards out of all cards in that block?
