Global control for displaying desired extensions

Hello boss !

A single and unique switch could disable the display of all the extensions for which there are no registered cards.

This would directly impact all the switches that are activated individually via "Settings > Database > Customize active extensions".

Hey! So the extensions would be loaded but hidden (like the switch “hide complete sets”?)

Yes, and I would have to reactivate a single extension if a had at least one new card for that specific extension ... Sometimes it's useful to re-enable all extensions when looking for cards that meet certain criteria (Sometimes in order to acquire certain cards). In other cases seeing only the extensions for which we have some cards is enough.
